Seafood Shetland - Seafood Shetland was formed in 2003 following the amalgamation of Shetland Fish Processors' Association (SFPA) and Shetland Shellfish Growers' Association (SSGA). The new organisation represents the interests of 43 companies involved in all aspects of fish processing and shellfish growing, including 95 per cent of Shetland's shellfish farmers.
