Shetland Salmon Farmers' Association has announced that it is sponsoring part of the grand prize in a new competition to be held at the UK's largest hospitality exhibition, Hospitality 2005, which takes place from 24 to 26 January at the NEC in Birmingham.

NEW CHAIR FOR THE FEDERATION OF SCOTTISH AQUACULTURE PRODUCERS

The Federation of Scottish Aquaculture Producers, the industry body which incorporates the main aquaculture trade associations in Scotland, has announced that David Sandison, General Manager of the Shetland Salmon Farmers' Association, has been appointed Chairman for a two year term.
